UCM Farms The University of Central Missouri has over 500 acres of land across 3 farms that we utilize every day. This site is to show everyone what goes on day to day.

This is a page to show the general public the day to day operations of the University of Central Missouri's 3 research farms We have a goat herd, educational garden, hightunnels, rowcrops, and hay ground on our 120 acre "Mitchell Street Farm". Our "Prussing Farm" is 260 acres and includes a cattle herd, working facilities, a swine building, a

shooting range, rowcrops, pasture, and is the home of our official UCM Mascots "Mancow Mule" and Molly. Lastly we work in conjunction with UCM SkyHaven Airport to bale hay for our cattle herd and put in our variety trials and research plots of soybeans and corn.
