Initiated in 1902, Purdue Convocations is among the oldest collegiate performing arts presenters in the United States. Each year, Convocations offers the region 30–40 performances of widely varying genres: Broadway-style shows, theatre, dance, children’s theatre, world music, jazz, and chamber music, along with rock, pop, country, and comedy attractions. Senior Spotlight Sunday 🎓✨

Meet our Graphic Design Intern, Sofie! She is graduating next week with a degree in Visual Communication Design and a minor in Art History. After graduation, she hopes to pursue a freelance career creating advertisements and visual campaigns for a wide range of organizations.

“I’m so grateful for the opportunity Convos gave me to combine my two passions: theatre and design! I will definitely take away not only my growth as a designer, but the countless memorable days in the office spent with the funniest and most supportive people ever.”

Senior Spotlight Saturday 🎓✨

Meet our Social Media Intern, Julia! She is graduating next week with a degree in Media and Mass Communication and a minor in Political Science. After graduation, she plans to return home to Chicago and pursue a career in nonprofit communications, with the goal of giving back to underserved communities.

“Not only will I take away countless memories from Convos, but also countless invaluable experiences. I’ve grown so much in this supportive environment surrounded by dedicated people. It’s such a special place that tells such special stories, and nowhere else will ever be like it.”
