🍂🥣 SOUP FUNDRAISER — COME SUPPORT OUR STUDENT ORGANIC FARM! 🥣🍂

Join us for an afternoon of good food and community as we fundraise for the U of M Student Organic Farm! 🌱💛

Stop by to enjoy soup and bread, listen to acapella performances, shop gift baskets, and check out pottery! There will be something for everyone, so come grab lunch, support a great cause, and spend some time with us.

One last big harvest before the frost! 🌱

Our Student Organic Farm had an amazing harvest this past weekend, bringing in over 1,600 peppers weighing a total of 174 pounds and harvesting the last 40 pounds of tomatoes of the season! 🍅

Of those peppers, 150 pounds will be available at Nutritious U next week, helping connect our harvest with the campus community.

A HUGE thank you to all of our amazing volunteers who came out to help! 💚 We couldn’t do it without you, and we are so grateful for the time, energy, and hard work you put into making our harvests possible.

What a great way to wrap up the season before the frost! 🌾💚

A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who attended our SOF Farmers Market this afternoon! We had a great turnout and it’s all thanks to you guys!! We have ONLY a few more weeks left so make sure to check us out!

The SOF team is looking for some help with our fall soup fundraiser on November 6th! The farm relies heavily on donations to provide the UMN community with fresh organic produce, and our fall fundraiser is one of the best ways to support the farm! This event will include an opportunity to try various soups and baked goods made with produce grown at the SOF, chat with our team, and support the farm so we can keep growing next season. This year we will also be running a silent auction containing items and gift baskets created by community members and SOF team members. If you would be interested in helping out with this event, keep reading!

Donations: We are currently accepting donations for our silent auction. There's no minimum value required for auction donations, we'll gladly accept anything! If you're interested in donating or have any questions about silent auction donations please reach out to [email protected] or [email protected]
Volunteers: We are still looking for volunteers to help us cook and work the event! Please reach out to [email protected] for more information.
