What happens when you give Baylor students AI tools and a real problem to solve? Last year, two students answered with Zoneit.AI, an idea that helps real estate developers get through zoning and permitting faster, and took home the top prize in the inaugural AI Venture Challenge.

This year’s top 10 teams pitch tomorrow, Tuesday, Oct. 20, at 6 p.m. in Foster 240. Everyone is welcome, so come out and support the next generation of Baylor entrepreneurs!

Thanks to everyone who joined us for this week’s Dean’s Nugget Pop-Up! We love any excuse to slow down, share some food and spend time with our students. This week, we had a little extra help from Dean Szymanski and Maria’s granddaughter, our newest Bear in training. See you all at the next one!
