Rules and regulation

First off we want to establish some ground rules for the show. We are expecting hundreds of people to attend the show so it is crucial to drive slow and be aware of your surroundings.
We will NOT TOLERATE any reckless or obnoxious behavior SUCH AS!!!
* donuts
* burnouts
* drag racing
* excessive revving
* loud music
* DRUGS AND ALCOHOL ARE PROHIBITED
If you are seen conducting any of this behavior you will be asked to leave IMMEDIATELY!!!
Second, as you know to enter a car into the show it is $20 per car. We will be checking Venmo and emails at the tent, please have this open and ready to show!!!

We are a student run organization that is funded by the school. We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to raise significant funds for charity. We must abide by these rules to keep everyone safe in order to continue raising money for charity.

OUR SPRING SHOW IS HERE!

Please Join Us For Our "Cars on Bentley" Spring Show! 🏎️

EVENT DETAILS 🗓️

✅WHERE: Bentley University (175 Forest St, Waltham MA)

✅WHEN: Sunday, April 12th 10am - 1pm

To register, click the link in our bio and completely fill out the google form. We have a hard cap of 250 cars. Cars interested in being in the show will have to apply, and accepted cars will be limited due to capacity. Once accepted, a payment of $20 will be required for entry before the day of the show, so keep an eye on your email. All money goes to charity!

‼️Unregistered cars are NOT allowed in the show. If you are unregistered, you will not be able to partake in the show.

Spectators are allowed to park in visitor lots to see the show, and it is free of charge to spectate.

We hope to see you all in a few weeks!

‼️REMINDER ABOUT OUR FALL SHOW‼️

Cars interested in being in the show MUST APPLY using the form in our bio. We have a hard cap of 250 cars, if you do not apply you will not be permitted to enter as a show car. Once accepted, a payment of $20 will be required before entry, so keep an eye on your email. (P.S all money goes to charity Driven To Cure)

Please Join Us For Our "Cars on Bentley" Fall Show! 🏎️

All emails for registered cars have been sent out. Please check your emails. Here is how you enter:
ADDRESS: 175 Forest St, Waltham, MA. You must enter campus through the Forest Street entrance.

A BCC Staff member will greet you and direct you where to go if you are either a SHOW CAR or a SPECTATOR

SPECTATORS will take a left and follow the maroon path to either the ORANGE or PINK lots. You can park anywhere. Admission is FREE for spectators.

SHOW CARS will follow the YELLOW path. Continue straight until you hit the stop sign.
At the stop sign, please turn left and continue until you hit the BCC CHECK IN

BCC CHECK IN will confirm your your registration. NON-REGISTERED CARS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED !!

Keep straight until the BCC PAYMENT TENT

At the payment tent you will scan a Venmo or Cashapp code and pay. If necessary we can accept Zelle. ENTRY FEE IS $20

You will follow the LIGHT BLUE PATH down to the Beaver Street exit.

First off we want to establish some ground rules for the show. We are expecting hundreds of people to attend the show so it is crucial to drive slow and be aware of your surroundings.

Each show car is required to pay a $20 entry fee. We will provide a Venmo at the tent, if you don't pay you will not be permitted to park in the show. If you'd like to spectate it is free, there will be a separate lot for that.
