Senior housing presents a compelling investment opportunity—but also raises urgent questions about accessibility and affordability that industry leaders are grappling with today.

Join fellow Babson alumni and industry professionals on campus next Tuesday for a candid panel discussion exploring both the opportunity and the tension at the heart of this moment. What’s driving institutional capital into senior living, and how are developers and operators responding to the construction slowdown? As rents rise, what happens to the seniors who can least afford them?

Before the evening even began, we wanted every guest to know just how grateful we are for their generosity. From the moment they arrived, our red (green) carpet welcome was designed to bring a smile to their face, celebrate their impact, and thank them for all they do for the Babson community. After all, our supporters were the real stars of the night. ⭐

Together, the Babson community achieved something extraordinary: surpassing the historic $750 million goal of the Babson ELevates campaign!

This success was thanks to the generosity of the many alumni, parents, friends, faculty, staff, students, and families who believed in Babson and its community. Their support is creating opportunities, advancing innovation, and shaping the future of Babson in ways that will be felt for generations.

Last night, we were honored to celebrate this milestone and, most importantly, the people behind it.

Hamza Ghaffar ’28, Cristel Torres ’27, Siya Kohli ’29, and James Zanenga ’29 are this year’s scholarship recipients! 🎉

Thanks to the generosity of 1,250 alumni donors during Make Your Mark, we unlocked $20,000 to award four $5,000 scholarships to these outstanding students.
