Thank you FSCA! We had a great two days in Green Nay at the Funeral Service and Cremation Alliance of Wisconsin Fall Conference. Awesome speakers, great conversation, and of course it is so great to bring students and catch up with some of our recent grads.

We cannot stress enough, the importance of the support provided by our professional associations. We wouldn’t be where we are without you.

Midterm Pizza Party: A big thanks to our Dean, Associate Deans and Admin Specialist for delivering pizza and mock tales to mark the mid point of the semester. Good conversation, some laughs and a little swag were enjoyed by all.

Support comes in many forms and Pizza is one of the best!

A big day with the WFDA: Thanks to the Wisconsin Funeral Directors Association and the WFDA Leadership Development Foundation for hosting us at the fall conference. There were great speakers, networking, a fantastic roundtable discussion between students and directors, and of course, a lot of learning.

Thank you for your support of our program!

Crematory Operator Training is complete. The students got to spend the day with Tim Copeland, NFDA Trainer learning all of the ins and outs of cremation.

After successful completion of their exams, each student will have earned their cremation certification. This certification is another way to show the families being served that their loved one is in good a capable hands and will receive the best care throughout the entire process.

Congrats, students and Thank you, Tim!

Today a power outage at the school provided a very cool learning opportunity. In the middle of our morning embalming lab, the whole building went dark. Any good embalmer knows you can’t quit in the middle of the job so the students dusted off the gravity percolator and got to work.

Welcome Class of 2027!
We had a great turnout at new student orientation to kick off the year. Students attending will be a part of either our fall cohort or our (NEW) spring cohort. 2026-27 is going to be awesome!

Thanks to our presenters, which included our school administrators and protective services, the Funeral Service and Cremation Alliance of Wisconsin, the Funeral Service Foundation, the NFDA and some of our incredible alumni. We couldn’t do this without your support.

A huge thank you goes out to Joe and his team at Coulee Region Cremation Group for providing the lunch and refreshments. Very much appreciated!
