On his departure, Ashley said: “It has been a huge privilege to lead this unique institution and I am looking forward to reflecting on the progress we have made with colleagues from across the sector in these final weeks before I step down.”

In the interim, Deputy Vice Chancellor Jane Fawkes will take over the role while we recruit for a permanent successor.

We wish Ashley the very best for the future. Read the full story: https://www.ube.ac.uk/whats-happening/news/vice-chancellor-to-step-down-this-october-as-interim-leadership-announced/
