𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐒: 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐄𝐂 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 🌸

In celebration of the 2026 National Women’s Month Celebration, the Gender and Development (GAD) Office of the College of Education – MSU-IIT invites all College of Education students to participate in the Digital IEC Poster Making Contest.

Anchored on this year’s campaign “𝗪𝗘 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆” and the sub-theme “𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘆𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘀, 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘀!”, the contest aims to highlight the strength, leadership, and contributions of Filipino women in building inclusive communities and a progressive society.

Through creative and meaningful 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗜𝗘𝗖) 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀, participants are encouraged to express advocacy for 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽.

Not all numbers get their own celebration—but Pi does. 🎉
Every March 14, we celebrate Pi Day, recognizing the famous number 3.14 that helps us understand circles and many patterns in mathematics and science. 📐

What makes Pi fascinating is that its digits never end and never repeat, making it one of the most interesting numbers students encounter in mathematics.

𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚 𝐬𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐩!

𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬 is now the official name of the Association of Student Educators in Science and Mathematics (ASESMA) Community Extension Program.

The name is a combination of 𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗟, which means 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜, and 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀, which means 𝙘𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨. This reflects the program's mission of promoting both knowledge and healthy practices among children in the community.

Through ARALinis, ASESMA aims to extend meaningful learning opportunities while also encouraging children to develop important life habits such as proper hygiene, self-care, and maintaining a clean environment. The program believes that a healthy body supports an active and ready mind for learning, empowering children to grow not only academically but also physically and socially.

With microphone in hand and fire in heart, he turns every stage into a space where creativity ignites, individuality shines, and every voice finds its rhythm.

Like the phoenix whose legend is written in cycles of flame and rebirth, Cedrix symbolizes resilience, renewal, and the transformative power of education. His fiery wings shimmer in shades of blue, representing the passion and dedication of future educators who rise not only to teach, but to inspire, uplift, and empower. Where Cedrix steps, sparks of curiosity follow; where he sings, confidence echoes; where he rises, communities grow stronger.

Never alone in his radiant journey, Cedrix is joined by his loyal companion, Fynxie, a spirited phoenix pet whose glowing ember-like feathers carry the playful yet powerful energy of learning itself. Small but mighty, Fynxie represents the spark within every learner—the curiosity that begins as a tiny flame and grows into a brilliant blaze of knowledge. Together, Cedrix and Fynxie form a dynamic duo of fire and guidance, reminding us that great teachers do not simply light the way—they ignite the flames that help others rise.
