Akala natin may America’s Next Top Merch Designer na, pero mukhang na-seen zone ang submissions natin. 🥹 HAHAHA

Due to the limited number of entries received, we’ve decided not to push through with the Merch Design Contest. Instead, we’ve tapped a fellow CSM student to take on the challenge of designing our official merch! 👕✨

Sa mga nag-submit, 𝙈𝘼𝙍𝘼𝙈𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙎𝘼𝙇𝘼𝙈𝘼𝙏 𝙎𝘼 𝙄𝙉𝙔𝙊! 🐾 We truly appreciate the time, effort, and creativity you shared with us. And sa mga nagbabalak pa lang mag-submit… beh, next time na lang talaga. [tears of joy]

Abangan pa rin ang final design reveal! Malay mo, 𝘬𝘢𝘩𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘴𝘵, 𝘥𝘳𝘪𝘱 𝘱𝘢 𝘳𝘪𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨.. 👀🔥

𝐏𝐀𝐇𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐘 𝐒𝐀.

Maybe you tell yourself , “𝑲𝒂𝒑𝒐𝒚 𝒓𝒂 𝒏𝒊. 𝑲𝒂𝒚𝒂 𝒑𝒂.”

But how many times have we repeated those words, just to convince ourselves to make it through another day?

We call it 𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒈𝒆 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆.

The sleepless nights. The deadlines. The pressure to keep up.

We laugh, we carry on, we say, “𝑶𝒌𝒂𝒚 𝒓𝒂 𝒌𝒐,” even when something inside us has quietly begun to ask: “𝑯𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒐𝒅 𝒌𝒂𝒏𝒖𝒔-𝒂?”

Sometimes, burnout doesn’t arrive all at once. It can look like losing the energy for things you used to enjoy, feeling constantly drained, struggling to focus, or simply waking up already tired.

And there is something unsettling about how easily we adjust to being tired. We wake up, show up, keep going. Until one day, we realize we have become so good at enduring that we no longer remember what it feels like to simply be okay.

𝑷𝒂𝒉𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒚 𝒔𝒂.

Rest. Eat. Sleep. Step outside. Talk to someone you trust. Give yourself permission to exist without always having to accomplish something.

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫.
𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫.
𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐬𝐨 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮.

As we celebrate World Mental Health Day, may we give ourselves a moment to pause, breathe, and ask how we’re really doing. 🫂

Swipe through and check in with yourself. Some things we call “𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆” might actually be signs that your mind is asking for a break. 🤍💚

𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄 𝐒𝐔𝐍𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐄, 𝐓𝐎𝐎. 🌻☀️

In a world that constantly tells us to keep going, do more, and be better, sometimes the bravest thing we can do is pause and acknowledge that we are tired. Between academic pressures, personal struggles, and the expectations we carry, we often forget to ask ourselves, “𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙖𝙢 𝙄, 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮?”

This 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐲 let us turn awareness into action by choosing kindness, making room for rest, and reminding ourselves and others that asking for help is a sign of courage. May we learn to be more compassionate toward others and, just as importantly, toward ourselves.
