Last (but certainly not least) we have Gloria Pan!! Gloria is from Yilan, Taiwan and holds a BM from National Sun Yat-sen University and an MM from right here at BGSU! 😎

"I think new music is so cool! I feel like playing new music pushes me to become a better flutist. I love exploring new sounds and combining Asian traditional music with the flute to create something unique, expressive, and memorable."

Fun fact: Despite playing a rather bird-like instrument, she is afraid of birds 🫣

Though you never left, WELCOME BACK GLORIA !!!!! 🥳

NEXT UP we have Cole Habekost 😎

Cole is from Toledo, Ohio and recieved his BM and certificate from BGSU (ALUM IN THE HOUSE!!) as well as an MM in Contemporary Music from Manhattan School of Music!

"My pursuit of unusual and interesting things got me into new music. What really sparked my interest was when I was in high school and I shadowed David Harrington of the Kronos Quartet for a week while they were on tour in Iowa. Ever since then, I’ve been pursuing new music and haven’t looked back!"

Fun fact: Cole runs the Riverwalk String Workshop, a camp for students ages 13-18 in Perrysburg!

WELCOME BACK COLE! 🎉🎉🎉
