Live where the good food is, because at Colonial Park, Fort Worth’s best tables are never more than a few minutes away.

Some nights call for shared plates and w**e at Le Margot, while others are better spent in a green velvet booth at The Tavern, tucked beneath old photographs and warm light. On slower afternoons, Press Cafe waits under the trees, the kind of place that makes you want to linger a little longer than planned. Your Village Home puts all of it within easy reach, so a great meal is never a special occasion, it’s just Tuesday.

Every finish starts as an idea. At 2720 Hogan Hill Lane in Colonial Park, warm brass fixtures, white oak floors, and hand-selected marble began as a mood board and became a three-story luxury Village Home built to live in every day.

This is the difference between a house that looks “done” and one that is designed, down to the pendant light over the island and the tile in the powder bath. With an elevator connecting all three levels and a third-floor entertainment suite overlooking Colonial Country Club and TCU, it’s proof that the vision on the mood board can become even better in person. See the full concept-to-reality transformation.

Some homes are chosen because of a floor plan. Others are chosen because of the light.

At 2724 Hogan Hill Lane, a corner position brings sun through the main living space from two sides, and every material decision, from the brass hardware to the hand-selected marble, was made to meet it well.

A fireplace anchors the living area for the colder months, and three floors up, an entertainment balcony opens onto views of the Colonial area that made the mood board worth building toward in the first place.

This Colonial Park Village Home is proof that the best design decisions are the ones you feel before you notice them.
