📣 Meet Kara Bentley, ’s newest assistant professor of marketing!

With expertise in consumer behavior, social influence, and digital and social media marketing, Bentley brings a fresh perspective on how people interact with brands — and how the marketplace continues to evolve. Her research explores everything from influencer marketing and social media engagement to sustainability, food waste, and prosocial behavior. 💡📱

At LMU, Bentley teaches the core marketing class to both undergraduate and graduate students, helping them connect what they learn in the classroom to real-world consumer behavior and today’s marketing landscape.

Originally from Fort Worth, TX, Bentley enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, traveling, and pursuing creative projects. ☀️🐶✈️🎨
