One of our favorite parts of what we do is introducing the next generation to the skilled trades and showing students there’s more than one path to a successful future.

Throwing it back to Norfolk Tides x DECA Day ⚾️ It was an incredible opportunity to connect with students, share the career opportunities available within the skilled trades, and highlight that success doesn’t have to follow one traditional route.

From aviation and healthcare to welding, HVAC, automotive, and beyond, hands-on careers continue to shape the world around us every single day.
