Trained leaders make a difference. They boost team productivity, set clear goals and build high-trust, inclusive and motivated workplaces. By nurturing talent at every level, we create a strong pipeline for the future of leadership. Over the past nine months, the Extension Emerging Leadership Initiative has equipped rising leaders with the skills and tools to advance the Cooperative Extension mission. 🤝

Congratulations to the 5th EELI cohort on their graduation celebration themed “EELI All Stars: A Legacy of Excellence”. More than 50 administrators, alumni, staff, community partners and guests from Clemson Extension and SC State 1890 Research & Extension gathered in Columbia to witness this milestone. Inspiring remarks and leadership insights were shared by Dr. Tom Dobbins, Dr. Edoe Agbodjan and Mrs. Deon Legette, along with congratulatory messages from Dr. Matthew Holt, Interim President Bob Jones and President Alexander Conyers.
