Clayton Merritt is the Sales Manager for Universal Windows Direct of Central Texas, bringing over 15 years of combined experience in construction management and business development.

With a degree in Construction Management, he takes a consultative, low-stress approach to sales, focusing on education, trust, and long-term value for homeowners rather than high pressure tactics.
Guided by his faith in Jesus, commitment to family, and a mission to make a positive impact for the Kingdom of God, Clayton believes business is about serving people well. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and grilling, and building strong relationships both professionally and personally.

🎉 Our BNI chapter is growing, and we have so much to celebrate!

🎤 This week’s featured speaker was Emily with Voda Cleaning & Restoration! Emily shared her passion for helping people through cleaning and restoration. It’s clear that making a difference in people’s lives is what drives her and her team. Thank you, Emily, for sharing some of your knowledge and the heart behind what you do!

🎉 We welcomed THREE new members to our chapter this morning! We’re so excited to have them join our BNI family and look forward to learning more about them and seeing their businesses grow!

👏 We also celebrated one renewing member! Chuck Walker with Birdcreek Roofing, we’re grateful to have you continuing to be part of our chapter!

🎉 Awesome meeting with our BNI chapter!

🎤 This week’s featured speaker was Justin Norwood with Fairway Mortgage.

Justin educated us on the mortgage process and shared how important communication is when helping clients navigate such a big milestone. He takes pride in walking clients through every step of the process and making sure they feel informed and supported along the way. As Justin says, “It all starts with a conversation!” 🏡 Thank you, Justin, for sharing your knowledge with us!

🎉 Another great morning with our BNI chapter!

🎤 Last week’s featured speaker was Blake with Sterling Woodworks! We enjoyed learning more about his business and the time, care, and craftsmanship he puts into his woodworking. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and the details that go into each project. Thank you, Blake, for sharing with us!

👏 We also had our second official meeting with our new leadership team, and everyone did an awesome job! It’s exciting to see our chapter continuing to grow and move forward together. We’re looking forward to all the great things ahead!

Meet Blake Loree – Sterling Woodworks

Blake owns Sterling Woodworks, a Waco-based shop building luxury custom cabinetry and fine woodwork for over 12 years.
With a background in custom furniture, Blake leads a six-person crew from a 6,000 sq ft CNC-equipped shop. Blake handles everything to include design, finishing and installation.

Built with quality and integrity at every step, Sterling products are “Made to outlast the mortgage”.

It was a great morning with our BNI chapter!

🎤 This week's featured speaker was Jared with Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning. Jared gave us an incredibly interactive and informative presentation and it was a great reminder of how important regular maintenance and upkeep are! Thank you, Jared, for sharing your expertise with us!

👏 We're also excited that Jared will be stepping into the role of Chapter President beginning October 1st. We're looking forward to seeing all that's ahead for our chapter!🎉

It was great meeting all of our visitors this morning! We appreciate you taking the time to join us and learn more about our chapter.

We are excited to hear from our incoming President, Jared Foresman. at this week’s BNI COI meeting. We meet at 8:30 at The Pavilion in Woodway until we move to The Social House on October 1.

Jared is the General Manager of Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning, where they strive to “Put Service Back in the Service Industry.” Aire Serv’s expertise in airflow, HVAC, and exceptional customer service are just a few ways that they achieve this goal.

Another great morning with our BNI chapter yesterday!

🎤 This week's featured speaker was Michelle with Cipher Investigations. We enjoyed learning more about Michelle and her work as a private investigator, along with the law enforcement experience she brings to her work. Michelle takes a thorough and detailed approach to every investigation, making sure no detail is overlooked and her clients receive the information and answers they need. Thank you, Michelle, for giving us a great look into the work you do!

📍 We also had the chance to try out our future meeting location at Social House in Hewitt, and we loved it! We're excited to officially make the move to Social House in the coming weeks. We'll be back at The Pavilion for the next two weeks, then we'll officially begin meeting at Social House.

❤️ We're also off to a great start with our Gifts for Grannies Challenge! We're excited to partner with Friends For Life and give back to our community. It's amazing to see our chapter come together for a cause that makes a difference!
